How do I make a really awesome guild layout with only Paint on my computer?

I only have Paint on my computer, well, I have Word to, but anyway, I need to know how to make a great layout with only Paint. I tried a few guides, but when I typed (copied and pasted) the code into the welcome message it wouldn't go through the new filter. I have an image that I uploaded on photo bucket, but I can't find the URL. Could anyone help me with theses problems?
