I have a toddler underfoot, and I have to often type fast and send my message before she gets into trouble. Is there a way to create a signature for message board posts so people won't think I am being rude every time I forget to add it manually? I don't use the Yahoo email, BTW.

  1. If you are posting message via email using Outlook Express, you can create a signature to be added to all outgoing messages.

    Open Internet Explorer.

Click on Tools, Options, then click on the Signatures tab.

Under Signature settings, select "Add signatures to all outgoing messages".

Click "New", then in the blank field under Signatures, type in the text for your signature.

    Click Apply, then click OK.

(Other versions of Outlook Express are very similar in setup.)

If you are posting the message while on the message board's website, it will be necessary to type your signature within the message.

  2. you'd have to do this within your mail provider- groups do not save such things whileposting off the group-

signatures is a mail provider feature (many offer this) it's not a yahoo feature- sorry
