How do I make a sim fat?

No matter how much I make a sim eat, they won't gain weight. Can someone enlighten me as to why?

its a game and the characters must stay attractive...though skinny isnt attractive all the time.

make them eat a lot of desert and nothing else.

don't let him exercise. give him fattening food. not salad

That sucks. When my sims don't eat anything they're fat asses.

I don't think Lyza's ever played the sims anyway, if your playing the Sims 1, I don't think they will get fat unless you make their appearence that way. In the Sims 2 all you have to do is make sure they don't exercise, or do yoga, or any other physical activity. Let them sit on the couch and watch TV and make sure you make them eat a lot, stuff like deserts, snacks, and other unhealthy food should do it, and you can make them eat even when they're hunger need is full... I don't know if they'll throw up but I've never tried it so....
