How do I make a suscribe box on YouTube?

Question

Notice how when you are watching a video and then sometimes it will say on the side tosubscribee but its like an advertisement. For example my personal favourite channel is Fred "Hackin'Subscribee". I would like to know how to make one of those please.

Can someone tell me how???

The subscribe boxes are yellow and come with your youtube. but if you want a banner (something with a picture and when you click it it takes you to whatever page you want) then you should go to mybannermaker.com

you cant "make one" if they have one it means that youtube likes them and partnered up with them. to get one you have to have alot of subscribers and video views!

you have to apply for partnership..

you also have to have vids u own,coppyrited, and ur vids have to be viewed b many ppl
