I want to make a website so how do i do it?

Depends on how much you want to spend and how dedicated you are to learn. From beginner there's websites like www.freewebs.com or if you really have time to learn HTML you can make one just using notepad.

Photoshop and Dreamweaver are useless unless you have a full understanding of how to use them.

I know a few friends whos edited their myspace using HTML and then just bought a domain name.
