How do I make a website the same as icarly ?

Heya I am Kelly and I would like to make a website the same as icarly but as iKelly soo if you know how can you help me please and tell me coz I need it for my agency !

Hi

you will need Abobe flash and asp or php experience , so either you have to go on a courses or you will have to pay some one with the skills to do it.

The other option is to make a site much simpler with just pictures instead of flash animation and .asp pages.
