How do I make a wrap skirt for ice skating?

usually places like jo-ann fabrics or micheals has exact directions on how to make them. so you might want to check into that.

You can use this pattern from Jalie

You may want to adjust a couple inches in the back if you want the back to be a little longer than in front.  

I had a friend who made tons of skate skirts with no patterns and whatever fabric - she just used rectangles and half circle shapes and added 1/2 ribbed ribbon at the top to tie.
