  1. Just save a text document with a .ini extension on it.


  2. Basic format is as follows:

    [Heading 1]

    Something = Value

    Something = value

    something = value

    [Heading 2]

    Something = value

    .

    .

    .

    etc

  3. In Notepad

    "save as"

    (file name).ini
