We want to go on holiday in the next 2 weeks and this will be his first adult passport. I have rang a few different numbers and they are just messages on what you need etc. I need to speak to a person and arrange a time and date so I can take him. Please help

  1. cant u just q up in town or go the post office. be careful though because he may have to go and have an intervie if he does you need yours and your partners birth certificate and marriage certificate if ur married!

  2. He wont be going on holiday.

There is too much red tape to get through.

It is nothing to do with the strike at the office, it usually takes about 6 weeks anyway.

someone give me a thumbs down for giving the facts, i have just been through the whole procedure

  3. strike

  4. The advice given is good but give it youir best shot you could be lucky. Don't give up without a fight.

  5. They've been on strike. Try again today but you've left it a bit late you might struggle to get it in time

  6. If this is his first adult passport it cannot be fast tracked and will generally take around 6 weeks to sort out, so I'm afraid that if you are going on holiday abroad within the next two weeks your son will not be going with you.  See this link for more information...
