How do I make an automatic gmail sign-in bat file? (notepad)?

this is how all i know so far.....(notepad)

start firefox.exe www.gmail.com

end

I dont know how to automatically type things in the username and password feilds......

bat file is not the best way to do this.

look at the greasemonkey extension

I use it to automate logins with firefox. If javascript scares you, there is another one called chickenfoot

that lets you do such things without knowing javascript.
