How do I make an enormous water balloon that can still be tied?

Basically, I like large water balloons, but after making them, I can never tie them. I love water balloon fights and this would be a great tip.

get those huge circus balloons and dont fill it ALL the way to the top but most of the way.

stech the ballon out first this give it most elasticity

use a bigger balloon and spin it before you tie it, it makes the water not squirt out when you tie it.
