How do I make an image less blurry using arcsoft photostudio

I want to make a picture of mine less blurry but i dont know how and i have arcsoft photostudio 5.5

start with checking size and resolution, image/ image size, if low at 72 pixels and small in size you may want to double 200%, then adjust the enhance/ sharpen/ un-sharpen mask and sharpen levels, save as copy of original and compare,
