How do I make an international phone call?

The number I need to call is 00441484860085, but it won't go through.. Is there a number I need to dial before that. The number is located in the UK.

If you are in the USA or Canada you must replace the starting 00 with 011 .

You can call the operator and ask them for the country code. You need to dial 011 to dial internationally and then the number. All the info you have above is probably the number including the country and area codes. Good Luck.
