How do I make bubble tea from home?

Question

I want to make a milky bubble tea slushy from home, minus tapioca, can anyone give me a step by step instruction on how to do this? Or point me somewhere I can learn on my own?

Well.., I'd like to try to give u my thought...

Maybe u should try a make a cup of hot milk tea. Then take another cup, put it on the table. Take ur milk tea cup, pour it from the higher level... About 20cm higher than the cup on the table... It will produced the bubble u wanted... Well.., in Malaysia it's called the most famous "Teh Tarik"... Try it...

from the taste of it, id estimate that the 'bubbles' are  probably tapioca.
