How do I make calls from my pc using my BT landline?

I have windows vista and a logitech headphones and microphone headset and a normal landline with broadband plugged into my pc, how do i use my pc as a telephone so that calls just show up as usual on my bt bill and i use my pc as if it was a normal telephone? is there some software I can get? I know that its probably simple but I just cant work it out? Thanks! Help!
