How do I make candy leis?

iwould use saren wrap in a strip........ line up hard wrapped candy's on wrap....roll it up

then tie curling ribbonsin between each candy

~Things You'll Need

Saran Wrap

Ribbon

Scissors

Candy, money, or any other small gifts

~Steps

-Cut about 2 to 3 feet of Saran wrap.

-Ribbon pieces should be about 2 to 3 inches long.

-These can be pre-cut before you begin, or you can cut them as you go along.

-If you are using plastic ribbon, you may wish to make your pieces a little longer, so you can curl them after they are tied on.

-Place a piece of candy inside Saran wrap and tie a piece of string around the Saran wrap, just below the candy.

-Continue until the lei reaches the length you desire.

-Secure the two ends of the lei together with ribbon.

You can get these supplies at any store like Target, Wal-Mart, or K-Mart.  You can use any candies you want, but I wouldn't recommend chocolate if you're going to be outside or where it gets hot.

Get that thin licorice & string different candies like life savers & froot loop cereal.  Go look in a candy store or party supply store.  That sounds like fun.
