How do I make chicken lollipop?And that too spicy and tasty?

I have seen millions of websites but they all suggest recipes that are bland.I want a spicy and great recipe.Whoever gives me the perfect recipe I will be very grateful to them as this is my favourite dish!

  1. Chicken, wings with skin 8 nos.

    Eggs 2 nos.

    Green chilies, ground 6 nos.

    Ajinomoto ¼ tsp.

    Pepper powder ¼ tsp.

    Garam masala ¼tsp.

    Chili sauce ½ tsp.

    Soya sauce ½ tsp.

    Worchestershire sauce 1 tbsp.

    Flour ( maida ) 50 gms.

    Ginger, paste 1 tsp.

    Garlic, paste 1 tsp.

    Yellow colour or red colour A pinch

    Water ½ cup

    Oil for deep frying As required

    Salt ½ tsp.



    Instructions:

    1.Cut the wings into two, chop the end bone, pull the flesh up with the skin and remove the thin bone and mould into a lollipop.

    2.Boil the lollipops with ½ cup water, ½ tsp.salt for 5 minutes and with 1tbsp worchestershire sauce for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

    3.Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except lollipops and prepare a thick batter.

    4.Heat oil in a deep pan, dip lollipop into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.

    5.Serve hot with szechwan sauce.

    32 chicken wings

    4 cups chicken stock

    1/2 cup onions, minced

    2 tablespoons ginger, grated fine

    1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

    6 tablespoons scallions, sliced fine

    2 tablespoons rice vinegar

    4 tablespoons sesame oil

    1 tablespoon serrano chilies, minced

    6 tablespoons red bell peppers, minced

    Kosher salt to taste

    Hot sauce to taste

    White pepper to taste

    4 tablespoons parsley, chopped

    6 parsley or cilantro sprigs

    ***Dipping Sauce:***

    2 cups sour cream

    4 tablespoons prepared horseradish (depending how zesty you want it)

    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    salt to taste

    dash of paprika



    Directions:

    Take the chicken wings and, with a small knife, cut one end of the wing and carefully run the knife, edge down one side of the bone pushing flesh to one end. Continue this method rotating the wing until all the flesh is on one end of the bone (so it looks like a lollipop). Reserve.

    Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl add the chicken stock, onions, ginger, garlic, scallions, rice vinegar, sesame oil, serrano chilies and red bell peppers. Season to taste with salt, hot sauce and white pepper. Add the parsley. Stir until mixed well. Add the lollipop wings, let marinate for 4 hours.

    Remove from the marinade and bake in a preheated 375º oven for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve with sour cream dipping sauce (see below). Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.

    Dipping Sauce:

    Wisk together all ingredients, chill. Spoon into serving bowl.

    1 cup honey

    1/2 cup whole-grain mustard

    3/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned

    With a paring knife, cut around the thin tip of each chicken wing to loosen the meat around the joint. While holding the base, push the meat down gently to expose the bone and form a "chicken lollipop." Remove any flesh left on the thin end with a clean towel.

    Combine the honey and mustard in a mixing bowl. Thin the mixture out with a bit of water... Dip the chicken meat in honey-mustard, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat with bread crumbs...

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place "chicken lollipops" on a baking pan standing up. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately...
