You can make a liquid that will fluoresce by extracting the photosynthetic pigments from leaves. This can be done easily by macerating them in alcohol like ethanol. You should end up with a bright green solution. If you then shine ultraviolet light on the solution it will fluoresce red light. You can do the same thing with blue light.
