How do I make her come running to me?

Ok, so me and this girl have been going on and off. I really like her and she "really" likes me. But I don't know, we have been going out for a while now, and I am scared to ask her out. What should I say? How can I make her come running to me? Like what could I do?

Okay, the best way is to remember, BE A NICE GUY.  You don't want her to 'come running to you,' a nice guy doesnt think that way!  Girls are not dogs to be called!  

Remember, especially if you like her, look her in the eye, ask her out.

Throughout the date, show how happy you are to be with her, don't worry about showering her with your joy that she's with you, girls can pick things up that are subtle, if she really likes you, you'll find yourself boyfriend and girlfriend in no time.

You can't "make" anyone come running to you. She will either have to come to you on her own or you'll have to make the first move. Tell her you're interested in an actual relationship; no more of the sometimes, sometimes not relationship you've been in so far.

All you can say is how you feel. Most likely, she will respond in a similar way if she really likes you as she's told you. Be aware that she may say no since she may enjoy the slow paced casualty of the relationship now.
