How do I make it so that I will not get so much mail from the groups I subscribe to?

It is crazy, since joining, I have been bombarded with emails from the groups. I hate it!

You can go to the home page for the groups click on edit membership On the next window scroll own and tick  web only, daily digest,  or special notices then click save.When you join a group the default setting is to receive every post so In future if you join a group be sure to change it to what ever you wish when you join..

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Message Delivery, drop down box select no mail or digest-  click save changes

you will have to unsubscribe to some groups

you cannot reduce the number of mails
