Hi there

In your 360 page go to your settings top upper right hand on blue letters. In the panel that opens now, in the upper left hand you will see there Basic settings, communication settings, blog settings and alarms.

I believe is in the communication settings where you will see a little yahoo yellow face in the button of that page. make sure that the little square does not have a check mark on it. and if it does take it off, and hit save. re-start you page, and messenger, that should solve the issue.
