How do I make my DVD? Here's the details...............?

I am a movie fan! I would like to make a dvd or video to post on like YouTube etc. of what you ask? Of my favorite movie "scenes". "go ahead punk make my day" stuff like that....u know. But....I run into the p****y stuff that BLOCKS you from copying anything. I see TONS of people do this kinda stuff online....make vids etc.....I don't see the FBI hauling them off to jail. How can you do this? I'm not gonna make a dime off it...I just wanna have a little fun. How can you copy just little "scenes" etc? There's gotta be a way....I see too many people doing it.... THANKS for any help u may provide.

You can use dvd decrypter to remove encryption.  Then use video editing software to create movie scenes etc.....
