How do I make my PSP a cell phone?

I think that you are supposed to use Skype but I am not 100% sure of how to get Skype on the PSP. I need help. Thanks!

You need a PSP Slim

Skype comes with 3.9 (and above) updates (Slims ONLY)

You need a PSP microphone (Sorry, I don't know where to get one, maybe you can get a game that comes with a microphone) in order to talk to people        :(
