Question:

How do I make my abs sore again?

I do lots of crunches, leg lifts, fluter kicks but I don't get sore anymore, I miss that feeling...can anyone give me a routine that will make me get sore again?

    if i dont have the sore feeling, i try to do 5 more reps of w/e i was doing.

    that way i get that feeling and im pushing my self!

    Bicycle-         

    Bicycle in reverse

    Crunchy Frog-

    Fifer Scissors-

    Hip Rock and Raise-

    Pulse-ups/Heels to Heaven-

    V-up roll ups-

    Obliques         

    Leg climbs

    Mason twist

    taken from p90x workout. The only thing I recomend from it is the ab program though. You might want to search up a video of someone doing these on youtube if you don't know what all of these things are.

  3. Give it a break for a while. maybe two weeks maybe a month, and then do them to the max or do them with a lot of added weight. Add weights on your ankles, for example.
