How do I make my b*****s more perky?

I was wondering what things I could do to make my b*****s perkier. I don't want to get implants or take any kinds of pills.

I've heard of some kind of exercising equipment, read some reviews. They said it works, but there are better and easier things that you can do. However they didn't list any of those things.

I don't really want to spend any money, I was looking more for exercises I could do...or something. If I have to spend a little money, I will.

I'm 20; my b***s aren't supposed to sag! *sob*

  1. Since the b*****s themselves are primarily fat, there isn't much you can do to make the actual breast tissue perky. What you can do is strengthen your pectoral muscles, so they lie slightly different...there are a lot of basic exercises you can do: pushups, modified pushups, chest flies with dumbells, chest press, bench press...that type of thing. You can do each of these exercises with things like gallon jugs if that's all you have. Other than that, wear a great bra. I wear a sports bra to bed (it doesn't cause breast cancer, that's a weird myth) since gravity works on your tissues whether you're standing, running, or lying down. Best of luck.

    If you can manage that, you can patent the way you did it, sell the patent for a cool billion, and retrire to a lifestyle that doesn't *care* if you have perky b***s or not.   :-)

  3. don't worry everyone's b***s hang a little - mine do and i'm a 32B or sometimes 32C

    it's completely normal and if you're fiance loves you the way you are you have nothing to worry about. I bet so many people are jealous of your b***s, plus you must be skinny if your only 34 round. i'm getting jealous already lol!

    there are some exersises you can do to make your b***s a little more perky but i think people have already listed them.

    the only person who is going to see you with your bra off is your fiance and he seems really happy lol so just smile and be proud :-D

Building up your pectoral muscles, which lie on the top portion of your b*****s.  Chest presses with dumbbells, chest flyes with dumbbells, push ups.  You have to max out between 10-12 repititions to have growth of the muscle and do multiple sets.  Three sets of each exercise.  So you don't get a muscle imbalance,  you have to work the opposite force couple the back and upper back with rowing exercise.  Contact a personal trainer in your area for more direction  

  5. don't feel bad! my breast sag also. you can make them look good by getting a good bra. thats the only thing you can really do.
