How do I make my cooking griddle flat again?

u cant unless it gets super hot with a blow tourch and then you flatten it

You can't .  

Buy a new griddle that is heavy and very flat when you buy it.  I set them on the floor of the store to make sure they are flat to start with.  A pan or griddle that has a disk on the bottom (the disk, not the pan,  is usually made of aluminum) has the best chance of NOT warping during normal cooking.

Unless you have a way to compress the griddle flat again with a lot of pressure, you probably won't be able to do it yourself.  I would recommend buying a new one if it's too problematic.

I always use my meat tenderizer tool (the kind you beat meat with), it has a kind of rubbery head and I beat the lump out of my pan when it gets crooked, it always works lol.
