How do I make my eyes look bigger ?

They're not small but not big and I like big pretty eyes so how can I get this effect with makeup ?

White eyeliner on the bottom or a lighter color, like brown or gray.

No black, to harsh.

It is very easy:

Use a white shimmery eye shadow, or you can use a pearly one.

Apply eye shadow to your lid, starting with the first tip inner corner of the eye.

Use eyeliner ONLY on the outer corners of the eye (looks very pretty)

A little bit in the corner of the lid and in the bottom corner.

Then, apply your mascara, and don't forget to wiggle the brush so that you really expand your eyelashes. And apply mascara on the bottom lashes as well.

Voila!!! big pretty eyes!

apparently putting white pencil eyeliner on your lower waterline really opens ur eyes out. check youtube for a tutorial.

also curling eyelashes makes the BIGGEST difference in making eyes look bigger!

put LOADS of mascara on, and apply black eyeliner,

but do it at the corner of your eye and draw a tiny line. =]
