How do I make my eyes look bigger with eyeliner?

I have pretty small eyes and I've tried several ways to make my eyes look bigger. I'm just not sure where exactly to line my eyes to make them look more open and not so small. Any ideas, please?

line the inner rims with white eyeliner

and (using black liner) line maybe an 1/8 of an inch outside of your eye line on the top lid

and line the bottom from the center to the end of the top lid's line

the white makes your eyes look wider

and using the black to line outside of your natural eye makes the frame of your eyes look bigger

therefore making your eyes look bigger

Simple Tips and Advice:

-Apply a black eyeliner along your top eyelashes, the very bottom of your eyelid. (Next to the lashes) This will make your eyelashes appear fuller and thicker, therefore making your eye appear bigger.

-Apply a white white eyeliner to your waterline. (The strip of skin above your lower eyelashes) This make your eyes naturally stick out.

-Put on a white or beige colored eyeshadow on your eyelids. (All the way up to your eyebrow, if desired) It will make your eyes appear brighter.

-Apply black mascara on both the top and bottom lashes. It opens up the eye. You can curl them beforehand, if you desire.

-Apply a black eyeliner below your eye. Only go about halfway across. It kind of gives an extra curve to your eyes, making them appear bigger.

Put white on inside of the eyes, brush soft creamy colors along eye lid and up and out to a diminishing effect, white eye liner, put mascara on the bottom eye lashes, use fake eyelashes, reshape your brows- get rid of stray brow hair and add an arch.

Okay.

Depending on the color of your eyes, you could use black eye liner.

Put black liner on. SMALL lines. If you want to make them even bigger, put a small line of white liner under you black on the lower lid. Its a stage trick, works everythime.

use a little underneath your bottom lashes, thickening slightly towards the outter corners

on the inner corners, thin out and run the eyeliner along the line of your eye and the underneath of your upper inner corner

To make your eyes appear bigger, use a white liner on your water line and a dark liner (either black, brown or grey) and apply this all the way around your lash-line. At the outer corners of your eye continue the line and make it go into a point going upwards (not downwards as it will make your eyes look smaller and make you look upset, upward lines make you look more feminine).

Also, if you want to use more than just eyeliner, use a light colour eyeshadow underneath your eyebrows getting gradually darker towards your lashes. Use a good mascara to accentuate your eyes and open them up more. You could even try fake lashes if you feel daring :)

It's all about your lashes!

~ Curl your lashes. If you don't have a heated curler, blast your normal curler with hot air from a hair dryer. It'll make your lashes curl more.

~ Apply a black or brown line of eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye about halfway in. On the inner corner use a silver or white eye pencil to make eyes pop.

~ Apply a bright, flattering shade of eyeshadow. Make sure it looks good with your eye color!

~ Apply two coats of mascara. Use a volumizing mascara to open eyes more.

TIPS:

• If you play up your eyes with a bright color, use a neutral or light, sheer color on your lips and other feautures.

• The trick is to make them look open.

• Invest in an eyelash curler and some good quality mascara, and white shimmery eyeliner!
