  1. Usually when we are dancing we are more afraid of slipping and use a lot of dance rosin. However, if the problem is completely opposite, we have a damp towel in the corner and used it like we use dance rosin.  We would step (just the balls of our shoes) on the damp towel to moisten our shoes. But as you use your shoes more and more, and your techniques get better, you'll use it less, if not, not at all.

  2. wipe them off with a damp papertowel

and usually the more u use them the better they get.

    so practice at home

but truthfully when u go on stage most girls spray the bottoms of their shoes with hairspray cause the stage is more slippery than anthing else.

i suggest walking on ur toes alot to build up ur calf musceles cause that will also help u turn easier.

and u can stand higher on ur toes when u turn that helps too.

    good luck :]

  3. Water.

get a paper towel and add water to it and just rub ur shoes into it. it'll help you turn more.

but what makes it much more slippery is to just keep dancing in them! like until the little grippings slowly go away.
