How do I make my mother...?

We'v been a little distant lately and she has been kinda moody and grouchy. I try talking to her, but she turns around everything that I say. Is there anyway that I can 'smooth out' the problem and make her hapier? bere in mind that I am stll in seventh grade.

Simone, you cannot make people happy, but it sounds like something may be going on with your mom and it may have nothing to do with you.  Try just giving her a hug and telling you that you love her...that is the best thing in the world for a mom and she may be really needing to hear that.
