How do I make my office chair recline?

Question

Ok, I jsut bought this office chair pre assembled so no instructions came with it. When I tried it in the store, it reclined. Now it does not. If there is a recline enable dealy... I can't find it. The only thing on the bottom of the stand that holds all the pieces parts is a dial that I can not move.
