  1. It's up to you. You can use yogurt or milk, and frozen presweetened strawberries. If you want to use fresh strawberries you will need to add sugar. Add ice cubes to thicken it up a bit. Thought it's better with ice cream.  


  2. Strawberry Smoothie-

    Ingredients:

    * 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

    * 1 cup milk

    * 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

    * 4 ice cubes

    Instructions:

    1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

    Mix in a blender and add ice if you want it cold. Just mix till it is creamy.

    2 medium mangos, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped

    4 ripe apricots, pitted and coarsely chopped

    1/2 C. ripe strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped

    1 C. plain low-fat yogurt

    1 C. low-fat milk

    2 Tbs. fresh orange juice

    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    4 whole strawberries, hulled (for garnish, optional)

    Directions

    Combine chopped mango, apricots, strawberries, yogurt, milk, orange juice and vanilla in the jar of a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Divide mixture between 4 large margarita glasses. If desired, garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.

  5. STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

    2 c. vanilla ice cream

    1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries

    2 tbsp. sugar

    2 tbsp. lemon juice

    2 c. crushed ice

    Additional fresh strawberries

    Combine ice cream, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and ice in container of an electric blender. Process until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with additional strawberries. Yield: 4 cups.

  6. It all depends on how thick you want it. its extremely easy. All you need are your strawberries, yoghurt and milk. To make it tastier and even better fr you, you can add banana, honey, almond slivers, crushed macadamia's etc. You can also add a little vanilla ice cream aswell. Just put everything in the blender together, very easy. Add ice cubes if the mixture is too thick. have fun and good luck with your tasty smoothie :)

  9. Classic( and good!)-  blend apple juice, bananas and strawberry's.

    Tasty- try using yogurt or vanilla ice cream/milk instead of apple juice.

    I love a classic apple juice blend with it though.
