How do I make my photos look like this on photoshop? (kind of grayscale, almost tinted I guess)?

Like kind of desaturated, but with a blue-ishy tint?

go to ur layers box and then u will see a ying yang looking symbol at the bottom(circle w/white and black) click that and select hue/saturation, a box will come up ,check/click the colorize box and then play around wiht the arrows until u get desired outcome.!

You can use greyscale and then apply filters. Very easy.
