Umm a PHP file is a web site programing file while a .jpg is a image file. There really isn't a way to convert a text based file into a image file.

You could take a screenshot, Print Scrn on your keyboard, of the php text file to create a image of the words. Then paste it into a graphics program like windows "Paint" program. Thats about the only solution i can even think of.

You can't. But you can do the opposite.  If you want to manipulate your images, you can write a php script to output an image file.

how would that work out? You can't...
