How do I make my questions and answers private on my 360 page?

Are you talking about your comment box? You click above the comments box where it says settings and set the settings to friends only or private or however you want it and then uncheck the box that says enable quick comments. Still, unless you delete them all everyone will be able to see them even if they cannot comment.
