How do I make my room seem bigger?

My room is 11ft 6.5 in by 10ft 5.5 in. i have a double bed, 2 dressers, a bookcase, a bedside table, a hamper, a guitar and amp., a doll collection, and no closet! my room is already light green and i have mirrors, and there really isnt much i can get rid of. how do i make my room seem bigger??????????

Put a wide, horizontal striped rug down on the floor.  There's a line of carpet squares called Flor that would be good for a flexible solution.  

Are you married to the books and dolls being in your room?  Perhaps you can allocate some space elsewhere in the house.  Also, if you are over the doll phase, consider selling them on e-bay

First, I think you can get rid of some of the furniture.  The more streamlined the room the larger it will appear.  You could do built ins instead of two dressers.  Also, is there some place else to place the hamper?  How about an armoire instead of the dressers.  A sleek armorer takes up less space and holds more.  You culd use under the bed for storage.

Color:  I just checked this out for myself.  Light walls and floors will expand your space.  Click on colors for expanding space and see what you find.

If you have a view and don't use drapes, just fabrics shades.  Also, placing strips of mirrored glass between the window panes will expand your space.

Sometimes to make rooms appear bigger than they actually are, light colors help. I have a room that is so small all we can fit in it is a double bed, a dresser, and a little nightstand. It was REALLY small with all those things in it, but what we did was paint the walls light blue and then we left the top of the room white. It looks interesting and it appeared to be spacious when you walked past it and just looked inside. Also having lots of things handing from the ceiling such as plants can make a room appear to be smaller. Also, having clutters of things such as clothes, books, or papers also make the room appear smaller (and messier). Hope this helps!! Good luck!
