How do I make my sclera (white part of eye) less red, and more white?

Could it be red from my proactive that I use twice daily? And I dont do drugs and I know that its not from a lack of sleep. Please list some remidies for clearing up the redness of my eyes. And nothing that i have to purchase because I am on a tight budget.

any antihistaminics will be useful.. with Warm fomentation... and stop ur proactive .

The only sure way is a bottle of visine or murine.

You can try putting cold packs on your eyes. That would shrink the blood vessels and make them less noticeable.

I have no idea as to the cause.
