When I go and see control panel, system, it shows me a little thingy with a yellow exclamation mark on it, and says: "This device is either not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed." I already updated the driver and I know every things plugged in as its suppose to be. I just don't know whats wrong with it. Please Help!

*Thanks*

  1. Is your sound card fitted snugly in its place?  I know I had a problem with things not working, and I thought my sound car was right where it should be, but it was just a tad shy of being snugly fit.  Do you have an Ipod or other portable sound device?  Try plugging the speakers into those and see if you get any sound; if you do, then you know your speakers work at least.

  2. assuming from what you have written here , your hardware driver is either not properly installed or its not compatible with your operating system ..

Did you checked that , that driver is for your system ???

sometimes it may happen that drivers are not compatible with operating system that we use and in that case we may get these sort of errors ...
