  1. There are a few anti-fog drops and spray.  I have 3 bottles of the drops, but I use my own saliva, it works better and lasts longer.

I just spit in the goggles and wipe it arround with my finger, while I'm getting the rest of my gear together, then rinse out in the water, put them on, and I'm good to go.

The commercially available anti-fog just does not work as well for me.  I think that it may be gross to watch, but I would not do it for someone else.

  2. Most goggles do fog up, but there are sprays and gels that prevent it. My source is a link to Goggle Bright, but you could try to find something in your local sporting goods store.

  3. Spit in the goggles, spread it around the entire inside then put them on......works like a charm and/or go with Kanix's suggestion.

  4. Buy some anti-fog spray.

  5. there is a thing called anti fog spray. its really really helpful. My goggles fog up all the time. I haven't seen it around sports shops but i got my spray off of ebay. Im not sure where they sell it, so u might wanna ask ur local sports shops. but it really works.

  6. i like to use anti fog spray sometimes if im at practice.

  7. when i went to the bahamas and went snorkeling, they told us to dip our goggles/masks in the water, drain, then spit in the goggles/mask and work it in.

its kinda gross but it worked like a charm.

  8. spit on the inside of the goggles, and rub it in..

    it works

  9. If your goggles aren't anti-fog goggles, then I recommend  some anti-fog spray, or the cheapest of all, saliva.

Just spit into it, rub, and rinse. It works, and my goggles don't fog.

  10. spit in them, rub it around.....seriously

  11. I would suggest tightening your goggles.
