  1. you could lift light weights.

also a big part of throwing is your legs.

make shure your work thoes too.

  2. i play first base and even when i play there i need to have a strong arm.  some of the things that i do is i will take dumbbells and i will use them for a little while.  our school also makes us weight lift in the winter b4 softball season.  this helps a lot.  i throw everyday for at least 15 min.  do wat u feels comfortable and ask your coach what he thinks you can do.  Good Luck!!!

  3. Make a board and put it on something and either pitch to it as hard as u can or toss to it as hard as u can. It helped me with baseball.

  4. Just keep throwing. Play long toss. The distance from third to first in softball is about 87 feet. Always play catch from a distance longer then this. Get used to throwing long flat toses from about 120' or longer. Do this at 3 times a week and your arm will get stronger. Try to stretch it out where you are adding a little distance each week.
