Question:

How do I make my waist smaller?

Ok, so here's my problem. I have a very athletic body, and a flat stomach. But I don't really have an "hour-glass" shape. Here are my measurements: 34" bust, 28" waist, and 34" hips...

What do I do? Is is because of my body type, or should I try to lose weight? And if that's the case, how do I do that without gaining more muscle?

Thank you :)

  1. Try and eat healthier.

That would be your best bet.

  2. i think that sounds perfect. But if you lay on your side and do side leg lifts that will small-en your waist

  3. you obviously arent gonna be able to smallen your waist

but you can make it look smaller

wear tighter clothes around your waist and wear baggier stuff on your hips. Accentuate your b***s too... you sound like u have a pretty perfect body anyway... lucky ...

  4. why would you want to? I have 33" hips 27" waist and 33" bust. We have practicaly same measurements but your just an inch bigger. You get what your born with. Otherwise loose some weight or there is no way of changing it.

  5. work hard and exercise

  6. arghh...i have d same problem :@ But i wudnt do surgery xD

  7. If you have a flat stomach, how do you want to make your waist smaller?  I don't see how you can, expect for cardio and situps.

  8. surgery

  9. I'm the same way, except I'm a tad more big boned :/. If you exercise quite a bit, and you don't over eat, as far as I can tell, you have no need to lose weight. A year ago, I was all about trying to lose weight and all of that c**p, but I *eventually* (and it took a looooong time) realized that my body was going to be this shape for good. My thighs will never be pencil thin, my waist won't shrink to a 24 incher, and I won't lose my basketball/volleyball thighs/calves. I've got a 36/37 bust, a 29 inch waist, and 37 inch hips, and my body looks rad! It's also not all about weight. Muscular Girl A could weight more than Not Very Active Girl B, even if they had the same measurements, b/c fat is much less dense than muscle.

And if you still haven't completed puberty, your body's still filling out, and you eventually will have a more curvy shape.

  12. Try taking latin dance lessons!

  13. Exercise.

  14. You have basically the same measurements as me. I'd say cut back on carbs and take Vitamin B50 complex but check with your Dr. first. Also if you eat 3-5 servings of veggies a day it should help
