How do I make my web page longer in photoshop?

Ok. I know you have to go to image size and increase the pixels of height. But when I do that, it just increases the size of width. I want the width to stay exactly the same at 850 px but i want to increase the height. Thanks!

  2. When you go to resize the image, there should be a check box that says Constrain Proportions - deselect that option and you wont change the width.
