How do I make my xbox live nat open?

I have an official Microsoft Wireless network adapter and my router is an Actiontec Gateway GT704WG. I tried to forward ports, but it wouldn't work, my ports never opened, also I ALREADY HAVE UPnP ENABLED, DON'T SAY ENABLE IT!!!

  1. I got a free Xbox 360 from this site, I highly recommend it!


  2. I work for an ISP, and we use that modem.  We have a LOT of trouble with this same issue.  Try updating your firmware for your modem.  Make sure the update comes from your ISP, and not from the actiontec website.  Your ISP may be using a special firmware.  

    Past that, we havn't figured out a good way yet either.  Sorry.
