How do I make my yahoo 360 page public?

Look in your Answers profile and click "Edit My Info". In the page that comes up check the box in the Privacy section next to "Show link to my Yahoo! 360 page"

A link to your page will show up in your Answers profile.

Then, in your 360 page, click on Settings and look in the Basic Info, Communications, and Blog settings to set who is allowed to see what.
