whenever I try to smile .. Its like I'm making an effort

is there a way that makes u smile better ??

I know this question is weird.. my friends always tells me to smile ... but I dont like smiling cuz it makes me look stupid

You shouldn't smile unless it's involuntary. Forcing a smile will always look and feel weird.
