  2. go to staples ... buy lined paper

  3. You could use a word processing program, like Word

  4. During school, a few years ago, my teacher gave us a printed sheet of paper with lines that you would put under a blank sheet so you could write straight and perfectly spaced.

  5. a ruler

  6. Hi:  There is a product called "Rolling Ruler"  If you google search it, you can find it for sale on Amazon.com.  I was a teacher for years and it was the single most-valuable item in my desk.  There are measurement markings on the wheels so that you can quickly draw lines that are exactly the same distance apart without having to measure down the page.

If you want to measure down the page, use a ruler starting with zero at the top of your piece of paper (because the piece of paper will be perfectly square).  Measure down from the top of the sheet to a specific number, and then put tiny dots on the paper every inch after that.

Move the ruler over to the other side of the paper and repeat the process.

Then you can use the ruler to connect each pair of dots, and they will be perfectly parallel to the top of the paper and perfectly spaced to each other.

But the rolling ruler is the ultimate !!!
