  1. Open it with paint, save it as a different format. Jpg is a small file type.

  2. The only way I know of is either to crop it(make it literally smaller) or save it as a different file type.

  3. Compress the file.

  4. right click on the picture and click edit.then it will take you to PAINT.press control + w . then choose ur size.

  5. www.google.com

    Put in the blank :  Crop Pictures

    Its the first site that comes up on the list.

  6. What i do is resize them.I've downloaded a program called microsoft resizer. so you left click on the images (select all or one individually) the click resize and choose my preferences.

    heres the link for the download..

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Downl...

    the link is on the right of the page called IMAGE RESIZER

    it works trust me,

    good luck

  7. what kind of picture files?

    open it in paint and go to image>stretch/skew> and change the horizontal and vertical percentages to smaller percentages.

    if you're talking about in html code, where it says

    <img src="URL">

    make it this:

    <img src="URL" width="size_in_pixels" height="size_in_pixels">

    example:

    <img src="jhskjhfjsdf.jpg" width="100" height="100">

  8. open it with paint, and then save as JPEG.

  9. you could convert the file to make it use less memory try an online converter - google it!

  10. if u can then u go 2 edit picture and a size thing with arrows should come up. or u can go 2 a program like paint (and like that 1 guy said) copy and paste on paint and shrink it there.

  11. tell me what program you are using so i can give you step by step guideline.

  12. You can make it converting the picture into a jpg, gif or bmp file using Photoshop:

    Open the picture

    Then save as jpg, gif or bmp

    Corel Draw is a good option too. Also you can ZIP these images so you can manage the file quick and safe: this is a tool included in the Windows versions.

    Hope this work for you!

  13. "SHAMAAS" is right but u have to obviously use the mouse, click on the side of the pic, and move inward to shrink it, its still very simple, but shamaas made it sound too much like there's nothing to do,  but other than what i mentioned hes right, open it up in microsoft paint, "paint" than save it as a jpeg

  14. download Propertyshop image resizer from

    http://www.propertyshopbd.com/propertyse...

    and use it to resize images as you like,

    only 48 KB.

  15. the faster way is to resize it at photobucket.

  16. open them into your imaging software and resize the image.

    top image software:

    Macromedia Fireworks

    CSC

    Paint Shop Pro 8 (for newbies)

  17. right click it, press properties, and click the "advanced..." button, and then at the bottom check "compress content to save disk space"

  18. Either reduce their dimensions, or compress them.

  19. you can resample them using a paint program, so there are fewer pixels,

    or

    you can use a compression program like winzip to mathematically reduce the size on disk without losing picture quality.

  20. try decreasing the size and quality of the picture. also if the file is png or something other than jpg, change it to jpg

  21. if u have photoshop, a quick way is to press ctrl+alt+shift+s and it will save it for the web (ie smaller)

    or use an online image resizer. search it on google
