  1. Put in a bowl an whisk  add a little milk .   Use a non-stick clean  skillet   (cast iron is good ) with a dab of butter or more  to coat bottom of skillet depending on quantity of eggs ..cook them softer than you want because the heat will cook them the rest of the way if doing them in large quantities ...I really like to add my salt and pepper to the table

  2. Use a nonstick pan only, never, never use cast-iron for eggs ! First take 3 eggs, add 2 tbs. sour cream, add some scallions (green onions), or chives, kosher salt, and pepper. Then whisk until well blended, and the egg mixture is a little "frothy". Add eggs to a buttered non-stick pan, and cook over low heat until eggs are set. This will be by far the best scrambled eggs you have ever had!

  3. Not exactly sure what your asking except I'm guessing you like the "scramble" finer and "juicier"..... So add you eggs to a bowl - add 1 TBLSPN milk per egg, or water (and many folks argue that water is best) - mix.  Add butter to a non-stick pan and mix CONSTANTLY till done.

  4. Put your eggs in a small bowl, add a tablespoon of water per egg then whisk quickly until a bit frothy.  Then heat a skillet, coat with non-stick spray, pour in the eggs.  Don't touch until they set.  Then lift and fold the eggs as they cook.  Don't stir.  This will result in a nice fluffy batch of eggs.

  5. wisk eggs with milk and add salt and pepper. Let sit in hot pan with some melted butter for a bit, like you were going to make an omelet, before scrambling. Eggs should come out perfect.
