  1. after having ten eleven pegs of wine u will see every where wine not only rice & banana


  2. CJJ Berry has several books on winemaking with lots of recipes. I don't recall seeing one for rice wine, though. You probably save the water you use to cook it with and ferment that. Try googling "sake" and "saki".
