  1. get between one and two eggs per person, break into a bowl (no shells in bowl) add a little milk, and mix.

then add salt and pepper to taste, and any other seasoning or food you like -  worcester-sauce/nutmeg/garlic/mushrooms/... whatever takes your fancy, mix it in, then start frying in a pan with a little oil (preferably olive oil - better for you).

make sure you move it in the pan whilst your cooking it, or it will end up as an omelette.

it will be cooked when ALL the egg is hard, not liquid.  you may get a bit of water left in the pan from the milk, but you can just pour that away down the sink.

hope this is helpful for you & good luck. x x

  6. Break the eggs in a bowl. Whip the eggs a lot with a whisk. I like to add a tablespoon of milk which technically makes them coddled eggs. Add pepper and salt and whisk once more. Poor into a hot frypan with pam. Take a hamberger flipper and keep stirring so that as soon as the egg gets solid, more liquid can touch the surface. When you see all is solid and there is just a  hint of brown, they are ready. My husband LOVES my eggs!

  7. beat the eggs, add salt and pepper

melt some butter in the a heavy-based pan, when butter melted add eggs (medium heat) - stir with wooden fork continuosly

when eggs are three-quarters set, remove from heat, add more butter and serve!

  14. Beat a couple of eggs in a bowl, add a little milk and a small amount of butter and then some pepper. Put it in a pan and heat on the cooker - keep stirring to get the 'scrambled effect'. I add some grated cheese to mine - very yummy. Cook till it sets. I HATE raw eggs so tend to cook mine to death but apparently it's supposed to be a little runny. Serve on a plate - with or without toast ;)

Hope that helps - enjoy :)

  15. shake them up!!

  16. Beat some eggs thoroughly in a bowl.

Melt a bit of butter in a non-stick pan, pour the eggs in. Season with salt & pepper and stir. Let the eggs set a little in the pan and stir. Keep stirring as the eggs set.

Serve when the eggs are cooked as preffered (some prefer it dryer than others).

You might want to add some milk in with the eggs too.

  17. Mix some milk on the scrambled eggs.. I think it will really taste good.

  18. it's really easy pour the egg into the pan then scamble them around if u let it sit it's going to be a fried egg.

  21. Two eggs  and spalsh of milk, whisk and put in saucepan with k**b of butter, keep stirring till scrambled!!

You must add milk otherwise all you have is a smashed up ommlette!!

  22. I find its best to use fry light spray as it doesnt tast greasy and it makes the eggs fluffy. Cracked two or three eggs in the frying pan and stirr with a spatular on a loww heat, then add a little milk to make the eggs creamy. Keep stirring until the eggs are nice and fluffy

  23. You get a small pan, place it on the stove.

Splash a bit of oil in and turn on the stove to a medium level.

While the oil is heating up, crack the number of eggs you want into a seperate bowl.  Whisk the eggs until the yoke has been mixed in with the egg white.  If you want you can add a pinch of salt and sugar.  I like to add a bit of pepper and chicken salt in mine.  If you want you also can add a bit of milk.  After that, you go back to the heating pan of oil.  Pour the liquid eggs into the pan then grab a something (i don't know what people use but I use a spoon) and stir the eggs around.  When you start to see them turning a bit solid, move them around the pan back and forward constantly until they are cooked.  It depends how you want them cooked.  Some people like them a bit soggy and soft.  Others like it a bit browner.

Well... thats how I learnt to make scrambled eggs... my first thing that I learnt to cook too...

  24. ... or try the oriental version by browning sliced/cubed onion first.  You can also add red chillies (peppers), also add a pinch of salt and a little monosodium glutamate.  Delicious!
